It Started With a Car Crash

100-250k Package

Our clients’ home had been damaged by an out-of-control car, and our initial engagement involved repairing an existing rear porch and adjacent landscape.

After a lengthy discussion, the project scope grew to include a raised rear deck and extending the roof line of the house to create a beautiful covered patio area, complete with recessed lighting and infrared heating options.

Engineering Challenge? No Problem!

Cutting into and re-engineering the home’s existing roof to incorporate our new roof extension provided some engineering and permit challenges, however the result is stunning and worth every lost hair.

Maximizing space

Materials were selected to match and incorporate the existing Ipe deck, and the design maximizes the usable space of this backyard, while maintaining a cozy feel against the house.

From a simple concrete porch to a full-use space, including a hot tub, outdoor television, pot lighting, ceiling fans, infrared heating, storage and so much more!

Finishing Touches

Simple plantings and low voltage lighting finish the space and provide interest in all times and seasons.
