This rural hobby farm in the outskirts of Ancaster was a beautiful setting with dated landscaping. With family scattered around Canada the homeowner wanted their property to be a draw for family and friends to gather.
Creek Side Viewing
The backyard was a challenge for a pool installation with a huge grade change leading to a small creek in the rear of the property. Installing a large retaining wall was necessary to have a level area for the beautiful pool. It has the added benefit of creating tiered gardens for native plants.
Pool Perfection
With lots of space, but lots of grade changes transforming this property was a special challenge. Creating a pool patio overlooking a creek makes this a tranquil space to cool off and enjoy beautiful scenery.
Stretching souls
Renovating a yoga shala and pool house was an essential add-on for the home-owner and allows the space to be continually used and enjoyed. Creating a backyard spa that rejuvenates the body and mind.
