A year of Milestones, and Memorable moments
As we close out an exciting and productive year, it’s the perfect time to look back at everything our team has accomplished together. From major project milestones to meaningful cultural moments, this year reminded us what’s possible when a team is aligned, energized, and committed to growing together.
Setting the tone for 2025
One of the standout events of the year was our Spring Kick-Off Day, where the entire team came together for a full day of team-building activities, collaboration, and fun. It set the tone for the months ahead—reinforcing open communication, strengthening teamwork, and giving everyone a refreshing sense of momentum heading into our busiest season. By July we were still excited and thrilled to partake in our annual Nine ‘n Dine where we golfed, swam and enjoyed time together off the job sites.
Legacy Project
This year also marked a major professional milestone: we successfully wrapped up our largest project to date—an 18-month effort that showcased our team’s dedication, technical skill, and ability to deliver complex work at the highest level. Completing a project of this scale wasn’t just a win for our company; it was a testament to the collaboration and perseverance of every team member involved. It stands as one of our proudest achievements and a benchmark for what we can accomplish moving forward.
Renovation Round-up
Another achievement worth celebrating was the completion of a full main-floor renovation at a client’s home in Grimsby. This project transformed their space into a modern, functional, and beautifully finished environment. It highlighted our craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to providing clients with exceptional results. Tackling a renovation of this scope—and seeing the client’s excitement with the final outcome—was an incredibly rewarding moment for our team.
Rest, Reset and Bond
Another unforgettable highlight was our company fishing trip at Marten River. Surrounded by fresh northern air, quiet lakes, and great company, the trip gave our team the opportunity to unwind, enjoy the outdoors, and connect in ways that don’t happen in the office. Whether it was sharing stories around the campfire or celebrating the day’s biggest catch, the experience brought us even closer and reminded us of the value of stepping outside routine to recharge together.
Looking ahead, we’re entering the new year with excitement and confidence. The momentum we built—through connection, accomplishment, and continuous improvement—has laid a strong foundation for even bigger goals.
