Not a space was left untouched on this unique property, situated at the corner of two busy streets. The client wanted to be able to entertain large groups without being on display. The design layout was a challenge, as there were a lot of details to incorporate into a fairly tight space.
Stone Features
Pre-cast pool coping and patios were used in order for the budget to allow for natural stone features such as the feature walls, grill island and fireplace. Clean lines, formal water features, feature walls, and natural stone along with a simple color palette achieved the feeling and look of a sophisticated landscape.
Exclusive Access
The timber frame structure creates a fun, laid-back atmosphere to relax and grill for a large group of friends with a fully automated exterior sound and entertainment system. The stone fireplace and built-in grill area elevates the space to feel like the client’s own private resort setting.
A Grand Entrance
On-street parking for guests is an issue, so the space was maximized using a circular driveway, incorporating a mixture of pavers to provide style and texture. A grand entrance was achieved using natural stone landings and formal plantings. The front landing and driveway inlays were designed to match the existing arch features of the house.
