Due to site restrictions and the client’s extensive wish list, this originally untouched yard was a challenge. Two structures, a pool, a built-in BBQ all had to be laid out in the most efficient way to accommodate client, neighbours and township requirements.
All thought out
Retaining walls and trees were installed before pool construction began as there would be no access after the pool was in. The pool had to be in a separate area for safety, as requested by the client, but the fence was not to be intrusive in the flow of the space.
Perfect Pavilion
The pavilion was designed to be fully screened so no bugs could bother the family during use, a TV and ceiling fan had to be installed for outdoor entertainment/comfort. The wood burning fire place gives the pavilion natural atmosphere. In addition, a fully functioning bathroom was a client must.
