Making spaces
To utilize space that would be otherwise wasted, we created a seating area at the front of the house. It takes advantage of the sun as well as creating a welcoming entry to a beautiful home.
Family fun
This design is intended to keep everyone in the family happy. For the kids there is the all weather basketball court, and for the adults, entertaining space. This includes a seating area with a fire table, a barbecuing zone and dining space. And for everyone, a covered stone patio holds the hot tub.
All together
Connecting the different zones and levels in this property was key to its success. This was done through the use of a sweeping stair off of the upper level deck as well as a beautiful stone path leading from the front to the rear.
